The Structure, Tectonics and Metamorphic Petrology Research Group at the University of Minnesota consists of faculty, graduate and undergraduate students, and postdocs who work together on many different aspects of the deformation of continental lithosphere. A strength of our program is the close association of structural geologists and metamorphic petrologists, working together on tectonic problems.
