Central Anatolia and Cappadocia

The volcanic province of Cappadocia, its interesting history and culture (including Hittite, Roman, and Byzantine archeological sites), and its geology make it one of the most interesting and spectacular places in the world. Fortunately, some of the metamorphic rocks we are studying are on the periphery of Cappadocia, so we have spent a lot of time here.
