Registration

The registration for the conference, the banquet, and the mid-conference field trip is being handled by the University of Minnesota, College of Continuing Education (CCE). Banquet space is limited to 300, so early registration is advised.

Registration fee

Conference Participants:

All conference participants must register for the full 4-day symposium. The early registration fee is $375.00 and covers all conference-related expenses (mixer, coffee breaks, lunches, abstract volume, refreshments at poster sessions, mid-conference field trip, etc.) with the exception of the conference banquet, which is a separate item ($65.00). Early registration ends April 1, 2006.
After April 1 through May 20, the registration fee will be $425.
Registrations received after May 20 and walk-in registrations will be charged a late fee of $75 (total of $500).

Guests:

Guest registration is accepted through May 20, 2006, and the fee of $50 entitles the guest to the Sunday evening mixer at the Railroad Museum and the Wednesday afternoon fieldtrip (includes a box lunch)

Post-Conference Field Trips:

Conference participants and their guests may register for either of two post-conference field trips: Lake Superior & the North Shore ($350) or Lake Itasca & the Prairie/Forest Border ($380). Registration is accepted through May 20, 2006, although space is limited and early registration is advised. See Field Trips for more details.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Registration fees are fully refundable through May 20, 2006, less a $30 processing and handling fee. No refund will be issued if cancellation is received after May 20, 2006. Notice of cancellation should be submitted in writing to Kay Syme by fax 612-624-6225 or email ksyme@cce.umn.edu.

How to register

Registration may be completed on-line or by filling out a downloadable form and mailing/faxing with payment to the CCE office. The CCE Registration webpage for this meeting will look something like this:
