Three generations (D1,2,3) of folds and fabrics have heterogeneously affected rocks of the study area. Fabrics of all three deformations are defined by the alignment of mica grains.

S1 fabrics are typically bedding parallel, and pervasive throughout the field area.

S2 is sub-parallel to S1, and is also present throughout the study area. F2 folds are typically isoclinal, inclined, recumbent, and strike southeast, with axes plunging to the southwest. F2 folds in the Moppin complex are oriented with strikes more easterly and plunge more vertically.

S3 is only observed in the southern half of the study area, and is relatively weak. F3 folds are typically upright, with axes plunging shallowly to the west. D3 is also interpreted to have produced an easterly striking reverse fault that has offset strata along a plane that is roughly parallel to the boundary between the Moppin complex and Vadito Group. D3 has had little to no effect on the rocks of the Moppin complex to the north.
