Student evaluations prior to Spring 2008

Student evaluations of teaching at the University of Minnesota before Spring 2008 were graded on a 7 point scale. While there were several questions that provide useful information for improving the course designs, the University only compiles data for five 'summary' questions. Of these five questions, one only pertains to the course's physical facilities and is not tabulated here. The remaining four questions are:

    *Question 4 here = question 5 on University SET-Form.


For each question a score of '7' is the maximum, '1' is the minimum.

For questions 1 through 3, a score of '4' indicates 'satisfactory'; for question 4, a score of '4' equates to 'amount expected'.
