Transformer: Standard Operating Procedure

This file contains instructions for how to switch transformer output.

For LaCrO3 (48V)

Turn off the power – all switches including the big red and yellow one.
Bolt correct connector to transformer for 1:5/1:10 step down (connects X2 & X3).
Output switch to 24V position.
PID: Pb=1200, tI=5s, td=1s.
In Channel Setup, load settings for LaCrO3.
Use program # 4 for normal operation with LaCrO3.

For Graphite (12V)

Turn off the power – all switches including the big red and yellow one.
Bolt correct connector to transformer for 1:10/1:20 step down (connects X1 & X3, X2 & X4).
Output switch to 12V position.
PID: Pb=5000, tI=5s, td=1s.
In Channel Setup, load settings for graphite.
Use program #2 for normal operation with graphite.
